You can explore the resources without joining a list.
The different ways to get in touch have different purposes. Choose the one that fits. These forms are for grown-ups; please leave out children’s names, personal health details, and confidential files.
A general question, without your email.
The question box saves your message, chosen topic and resource, optional usefulness answer, entry path, and submission date in Brooke’s restricted review log. It does not attach your name, email, account ID, IP address, or device identifier to your response. Hosting services may process technical access data.
Raw messages are not displayed publicly. Brooke reviews themes to improve resources; this form does not send an email notification or offer an individual reply. Please avoid including details that could identify you or someone else.
An email about one resource or workshop.
A release request saves your email, chosen resource, permission, and request date. Workshop interest also saves your attendance or hosting choice, preferred format, and any optional question, organization, or region you provide. These lists are private to Brooke.
Follow-up is manual. No automatic confirmation email is sent, and neither form adds you to a newsletter. Workshop interest does not reserve a place, set a date, or register you for an event.
After submitting, keep the private cancellation link shown on screen. Anyone with that link can remove that request, so keep it to yourself. You can also email brooke@quinnspired.com to ask for removal.
A project inquiry or a personal reply.
The inquiry builder prepares an editable message in your browser. It does not submit or save the draft to this site. You choose to send it in your email app, Gmail, or the existing Quinnspired contact form. Leaving or reloading the page may clear your draft.
Your email provider or the contact form handles the message you send. An inquiry does not book a date or commit either of us to a project.
Videos and read-alouds.
The Sleep Change Map page loads a YouTube player when you open the page; playback starts when you press play. The bedtime read-aloud loads from Descript when you choose to load that player. Those services may process technical information under their own privacy practices. The map’s PDF opens directly from the original public Quinnspired file. The adult wind-down MP3 is served from this site.
Other sites and ongoing care.
Some books, articles, audio files, printables, subscriptions, and event registrations open on other services. Their privacy practices apply there. Substack subscription and organizer registration are separate choices.
Brooke reviews saved submissions and requests and can remove them. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently promised. For questions about your information, contact brooke@quinnspired.com. Anonymous messages may be difficult to identify later; describe the topic and approximate submission date without adding sensitive details.
